Self-Pay Options
We believe cost should never be a barrier to quality endocrine care. We offer transparent self-pay pricing for patients without insurance or those whose plan we don't currently accept.

Insurance Verification Tips
Before your visit, we recommend:
- → Call the member services number on your insurance card
- → Ask if endocrinology is covered under your plan
- → Confirm if a referral is required
- → Ask about your deductible and co-pay
Office Policies
We want to make every visit as smooth as possible. Please review our office policies before your appointment.
📋 New Patient Appointments
New patients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Please bring a valid photo ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant recent lab work or imaging reports.
❌ Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need.
💊 Prescription Refills
Prescription refills are processed during regular business hours. Please allow 48–72 hours for refill requests. Refill requests submitted through the patient portal are preferred. Controlled substance refills require an in-person visit.
📞 After-Hours Care
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. For urgent after-hours concerns, please call our main line at 832-968-7003 for instructions. For emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
🔬 Lab Work
Many of our patients require regular laboratory monitoring. We will provide you with lab orders and guidance on timing. Lab results are typically available within 3–5 business days and will be communicated through the patient portal.
📱 Telehealth Visits
We offer telehealth appointments for appropriate follow-up visits. Telehealth visits are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for your visit.
