About Dr. Chadha
Dr. Chhavi Chadha is a board-certified endocrinologist with a deep commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care. She is interested in all areas of endocrinology, with special clinical focus on Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes (including insulin pump therapy), thyroid cancer and thyroid nodules, calcium and bone abnormalities, gestational diabetes, hypothyroidism in pregnancy, PCOS, and pituitary disorders.
Dr. Chadha completed her fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview β one of the nation's leading academic medical centers. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center in California, and her internship at the University of Illinois College of Medicine.
She speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and is committed to serving Houston's diverse community with compassion and clinical excellence. She has wanted to be a doctor since childhood, and that same sense of calling guides her practice today.

Why did you become an endocrinologist?
"I became an endocrinologist to be able to serve my community and help people manage chronic medical conditions, like diabetes. I chose this career to be a friend and partner in empowering my patients to feel better."

What do you enjoy outside of medicine?
Dr. Chadha enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She stays healthy through walking and power yoga. Originally from Minneapolis, she has a deep appreciation for the outdoors β the walking trails, bike paths, and the magic of all four seasons.
